The ingredients are really good. Sadly it didn’t help my condition but I may give it another go. Finished 2 tubs and my symptoms got worse. I think when taking this you should take a microbacterial along with it if you have SIBO.

Natural is a good flavour, hope there will be a tub with no stevia in it though, because some people can’t tolerate it well.

Edit: I’ve updated my review to 5 stars after speaking with Clare. It turns out this gut health journey may be more challenging than I initially expected. That said, Clare clearly knows her stuff, genuinely cares, and is truly passionate about helping. I’ve decided to follow her advice and see where it takes me.

Finally my tummy feels relaxed and doesn’t react to whatever I eat!!! My stomach Feels so much settled!!!!! Amazing, I haven’t felt like this in a long time 👍🏼👍🏼

Definitely seen a good change in my daily trips to the loo, also given me more confidence and less worry of how my gut is going to feel day to day!

To be able to socialise with family and friends is a great blessing. I have mine early in the morning (6.30am that is what there is no photo) in almond milk and it is delicious. I tell others about this product and trust they take up my recommendation. Keep up the good work. Will try your new flavour next order ( I am also slowly enjoying food in small amounts that I have been scared to eat but careful not to overdo it at this stage). It pretty much solved the bulk of my bloating problems within 2.5 weeks, and keeps getting better! I actually would recommend it if you're facing bloating but are unsure of why.

Superfruits tastes pretty good too.

I am finding Dayly good so far. Many gut health supplements I have tried in the past usually make me feel awful, so I can't continue taking them. Dayly has not done this. I am still in the early stages, but have noticed definite improvements. I am keen to see how it goes after the recommended timeframe.
I take Dayly in the morning before breakfast (about 30 mins before) on an empty stomach. Two flat spoonfuls of the spoon provided. The whisk is very good, blends it without any lumps. Personally I prefer the natural flavour.

I have suffered IBS for years. So many food intolerances and cravings. I was told about Your Dayly by a functional medicine practitioner and I couldn’t be happier.
I did have a rocky start however that is because I tried too much too soon and had started a probiotic at the same time. After ten days of increased bloating and gas I contacted Your Dayly using the chat function. Within hours I got an extremely helpful response with many options to try.
I stopped the probiotic and continued with the Dayly and I am SO HAPPY. He started to sneak in trigger foods and my guts are holding up!! I’m so happy. I’m trusting the process and hoping for more improvements. Couldn’t be happier with the results and with Clare’s responses to the chat. :)

I have used a couple of different powders but this one by far has been the most effective. I live with diverticulitis and this has stopped the discomfort associated with the disease.
Not only that, bloating and food repeating has also dissipated. Final thing, the flavours are great tasting and easy to swallow

Four weeks in, big difference. Happy that I don’t have to take multiple products. Will continue!

Such a good product,I’ve tried a few over the years and this is by far the best. Have tried most of these ingredients on their own but never all together, great combination 👌👌👌

I’ve tried a lot of other IBS treatments over the last few years, a few will give quick but not long lasting results. Dayly started working straight away for me and I’ve continued to feel good since then, really happy!

He has noticed a big difference with his daily energy, which is very good because he has cronic fatigue.
